After years of working remotely and traveling the world as a digital nomad, I realized how easily the “dream” of flexibility can lead to burnout when boundaries with tech are blurred.
That personal journey inspired me to become a certified Digital Resilience Educator (by the Digital Resilience Lab and the Digital Wellness Institute), blending my passion for psychology, wellbeing, and human connections.
